Sweet BBQ Raspberry Vinaigrette

Raspberries and Cattlemen's® Memphis Sweet BBQ Sauce make for a great sweet, fruity and smoky vinaigrette.

Ingredients

In a food processor combine raspberries, BBQ sauce, oil, lemon juice, orange juice and jam. Blend until pureed.
Strain seeds with a chinois. Hold refrigerated for service.

This dressing is perfect with any ripe berries, so try with local berries in their peak season!
