- 1 3/4 cups Sweet potato mash, boiled, peeled and pureed
- 1 3/4 cups Cattlemen’s Carolina Tangy Gold BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Curry Powder
- Optional Plain Yogurt, Greek, 5%
Procedure
- Puree sweet potato, Cattlemen’s and curry. If desired add up to 50% yogurt.
- Serve with fresh cut vegetables of grilled naan bread wedges.
