This delicious version of elotes, the popular grilled corn sold by street vendors in Mexico is slightly charred, slathered with McCormick® Mayonesa, and sprinkled with Cholula® Chili Lime Seasoning and Cotija cheese.
8 each Sweet Corn Ears, Fresh, Husk and Silks removed
1/2 cup Cotija Cheese, Crumbled
Lime Wedges, For Garnish
Procedure
Prep
Combine mayonesa and chili lime seasoning in bowl; hold cold for service.
Service
Grill corn over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until corn is tender and lightly charred.
Spread mayonnaise mixture over corn; sprinkle with Cotija cheese and additional chili lime seasoning, if desired. Serve immediately, with lime wedges, if desired.
