Grilled Chipotle BBQ Chili Lime Buttered Corn

Cattlemen’s® Chipotle BBQ Sauce adds smoky, tangy heat while the Cattlemen’s® Chili Lime Rub brings a nice acidity to this delicious compound butter for grilled corn on the cob.

1. In a bowl, combine butter, Chile Lime Rub, and Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Whisk until well blended. Set aside.

Service

1. Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill 2 ears of corn, turning occasionally, until tender and lightly charred. Remove from grill.
2. Brush liberally with butter, roughly 2 tablespoons. Plate as desired, serve warm.
