Ingredients
Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Old Bay Hot Sauce Aioli | Serves 4 3/4 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 cup OLD BAY® Hot Sauce Baked Green Bean Fries | Serves 4 1/2 cup Flour 2 each Eggs, beaten 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs 2 tbsps OLD BAY® Hot Sauce 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp OLD BAY® Seasoning 1 pound French Green Beans (haricot vert), trimmed Procedure OLD BAY Hot Sauce Aioli
Whisk together mayonnaise and OLD BAY Hot Sauce. Refrigerate until service.
Prep
Place flour, eggs, and panko into three separate shallow third pans.
Whisk OLD BAY Hot Sauce into eggs. Whisk parmesan and OLD BAY seasoning into panko.
Bread haricot verts using standard breading procedure. Place on a parchment lined sheet tray. Cover and refrigerate until service.
Service
Set oven to 350°F. Bake off 4-5 ounces of breaded green beans until golden brown and crisp.
Serve warm with 1/4 cup of OLD BAY Hot Sauce aioli.
