In a bowl combine vinaigrette, mustard, and molasses until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill one bratwurst until reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Toast pretzel roll.
Place grilled bratwurst inside toasted pretzel roll. Top with 1/4 cup of saurkraut and 1 tablespoon bacon. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of vinaigrette and finish with 1/4 cup of fried onions. Serve hot.
