In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, roasted garlic, honey, and sage. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated until service.
Service
Set grill to medium high. For each serving, season one burger patty with 1 teaspoon of hamburger seasoning. Grill to desired doneness. Toast roll.
Place 1/4 cup arugula on heel of bun. Top with 3 slices of tomato and 2 slices fresh mozzarella. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of balsamic glaze and top with burger patty. Finish with 2 tablespoons mustard sage aioli and crown of roll. Serve hot with additional sauce for dip.
Chef's Tip!
Roast beef or grilled cauliflower are excellent substitutes for the burger patty.
