In a bowl combine salsa verde, yellow mustard, mayonnaise,and ground cumin until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
Set grill to medium high. For each serving, season one burger patty with 1 teaspoon of hamburger seasoning. Grill until to desired doneness. Toast bun.
Spread 2 tablespoons Roasted Green Chili Mustard on heel of bun. Top with 1 leaf lettuce, 3 slices tomato and burger patty. Finish with 1 tablespoon of cotija cheese and crown of bun. Serve hot.
Chef's Tip!
This roasted chili mustard is also great with grilled chicken or pork.
