- 1 pounds red bliss potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 cup white onion, sliced into 1/2" strips
- 3 tbsps butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tsps OLD BAY Crab Cake Classic®
- 1 tsp OLD BAY® Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Green Onion, bias cut
Procedure
- In stainless steel bowl, combine cooked potatoes, onions, butter, and seasonings. Toss well to coat.
- Place potatoes on half-size sheet pan and bake in 450ºF oven for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Serve warm, topped with chopped green onion as garnish.
