Made with the snack-lover in mind, this craveable baked snack mix combines cheesy crackers, pretzels, crisp cereals, and Vietnamese Cajun Seasoning to keep patrons coming back for more.
Heat oven to 300°F. Line 2 sheet trays with parchment.
In a bowl, combine all of the snack mix ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together butter and 1 1/2 tbsp. Vietnamese Cajun Seasoning. Pour butter mixture over snack mix, tossing to coating well.
Spread snack mix in an even layer on prepared sheet trays. Bake 30 minutes, rotating pans halfway and stirring mixture to ensure even baking.
Remove from oven. Toss hot mixture in large bowl with remaining 2 1/2 tbsp. seasoning. Return to sheet pans and cool completely. Store in air-tight container.
