Reel in new customers with fresh shrimp marinated in a delicious combinations of coriander seed, garlic powder, oil and lime juice. Pomegranate and herb dressing and avocado slaw made with green mango is the perfect complement to your summer menu.

Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Shrimp | Serves 4 12 eaches Shrimp, large 1 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Coriander, Ground 1 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Black Pepper, Pure Ground 1 tbsp Sea Salt Mediterranean Coarse Grind 1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Garlic Powder 1/2 cup Neutral oil 1/2 tsp Lime Juice, freshly squeezed, to taste Pomegranate & Herb Dressing | Serves 4 1 tbsp Chives, minced , minced 1/4 cup Lime Juice & Zest, freshly squeezed, plus zest of limes 2 tbsps Cilantro, fresh, chopped 2 tbsps Mint, fresh, picked, leaves only, chopped 1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Dill Weed 1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Parsley Flakes 1/2 each Jalapeno pepper, minced 1/2 tbsp Pomegranate syrup 1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Sea Salt, Mediterranean Fine Grind 1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Black Pepper, Pure Ground Green Mango & Avocado Slaw | Serves 4 1 each Avocado, ripe, diced 1 each Green Mango, julienned Optional Garnish | Serves 4 1 each Lime, wedged 1 sprig Cilantro, fresh 1 each Shallots, sliced, crisped Procedure For the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Add shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes and reserve. On high heat, quickly grill marinated shrimp. Season with lime juice and more salt, and set aside. For the Dressing & Slaw: Whisk all ingredients for Pomegranate & Herb Dressing until well incorporated. Adjust seasoning as needed, to taste. Add prepared avocado and green mango. Toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use. To Serve: Place green mango & avocado slaw on serving plate, and top with 4 shrimp. Garnish with fresh cilantro, crispy shallots and lime wedge. Chef's Tip! Use pomegranate syrup to dress salads, as a drizzle on a poke bowl, or as a marinade component for pork.
