In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs to allow flavors to meld.
Portion into 4 oz ramekins. Garnish with extra seasoning and sliced scallions. Serve alongside bagel chips and cut vegetables or desired accompaniments.
