Curried Ketchup | McCormick For Chefs®

An Indian twist on classic French's® Tomato Ketchup with this infusion of onions and curry powder.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Curry Powder
1 cup Onions, 1/4" dice
2 cups Frenchs ® Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup Water

Procedure

Heat saucepan over medium heat. Add oil and curry powder. Cook until fragrant. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
Add ketchup and water. Simmer to blend flavors. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

This curried ketchup can be served hot or cold.
