- 1/4 pound Butter, softened
- 1 tbsps OLD BAY Seasoning
- 1 tsp Jalapeno, fine dice
- 4 each Corn, fresh, on the cob
- 1 tsp Scallions, finely sliced
Procedure
Prep
- In a bowl, combine butter, OLD BAY Seasoning, and jalapenos. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed. Hold ambient for service.
Service
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill corn until well charred on all sides.
- Brush grilled corn liberally with seasoned butter. Plate as desired and garnish with 1/4 teaspoon scallions and a sprinkle of OLD BAY. Serve warm.
Chef's Tip!
Replace the butter in this recipe with mayonnaise, sour cream, and cojita cheese for a Chesapeake inspired elote.
